The goal of the program is to show an amateur able to cook well trying to open a restaurant and to earn money on his ability. The conditions of the game are quite hard: the hero and his assistant buy food on 5,000 rubles. They have only 3 hours to cook and feed 7 people, who after having lunch will appreciate the menu and service. If the amount of money which the guests will offer for the lunch will be more than the hero spent, he wins and takes the difference as a prize. If not — the restaurant dies. 7 guests is a permanent group of people who know about the restaurant as frequent visitors, optional they are business professionals. Recipes of the dishes prepared in front of the audience is an important part of the program.
